VALE <span class="highlight">John</span> Wiseman

It is with great sadness that we advise the community that long term ExplorOz Member and friend John Wiseman as passed away.

John and his wife Val were both very much involved and respected in the ExplorOz community for many years. Their shared Blog contains a record of their many trips with photos and stories of their extensive travels across Australia but also John's highly acclaimed "Electricity for Camping" blog which remains the number 1 most popular blog on the entire site. John had outlived his wife Val by 5 years but was suffering with ill health through much of it. Val's 2018tribute post here

We have been asked by John's son Peter to offer an extended open invitation to all in the ExplorOz community to attend John's funeral which will be held in Canberra on Monday 8th May. Details attached.
